Melissa McKissack is a Family Nurse Practitioner working collaboratively with Dr. Seshadri Raju, Dr. Arjun Jayaraj and Dr. Taimur Saleem at the RANE Center. She assists with the diagnosis and management of venous and lymphatic diseases.

Melissa McKissack has over 20 years of experience in nursing. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of MS Medical Center in 2001. She gained experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit at UMC. She also spent several years working as a travel nurse. In 2009, she completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing at the Mississippi University for Women. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, her background includes weight loss, health and wellness and primary health care, advocating health promotion and disease prevention. Melissa is a member of the MS Association of Nurse Practitioners and Mississippi Nurses’ Association. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a long-standing member of Pinelake Church.
